The Cincinnati, Ohio/ Northern Kentucky area hosts several conventions, expositions and special events each year. We are happy to have you visit our region of the country. We know you will have a great time! We offer moving help services, concierge services, chaperone services (for adults only; we do not offer childcare services).
When you need help unloading upon arrival or loading your equipment and supplies when your event has finished, An Extra Body Movers will be happy to help. We are quick, strong and efficient. We have event service packages or you can hire us by this hour. |

Staffing an event booth is expensive and it drains your employees of their week-day vitality over the course of the event. When you need assistance for staff to take breaks for stress relief, eat lunch, go to the restroom or business emergencies, An Extra Body Movers has a concierge service that will make your stay far less stressful and much more enjoyable. Our Concierge will booth sit, run errands, assist with customer engagement, distribute literature and business cards efficiently and effectively and anything else that would help maximize the power of your event.

If you are exhibiting at an event in the Cincinnati, Ohio/Northern Kentucky area and you aren't sure what you will require in terms of event help, you can share a Concierge or any number or our Event Helpers with up to six (6) other vendors. We also supply chapperones in case you brought visitors who need close attention during your visit to our city.
As you have a need, you can inform your Concierge or Event Helpe(s) accordingly. Take a look at our Event Help options on the "Select a Service" page. Decide on the collective single point of contact and list the vendors who are to be served by your selection. |
